This basic hotel, one mile from the Grand Ole Opry and Opry Mills Outlet Mall, has very friendly front-desk staff, and it makes a good, no-frills base for walking to restaurants and visiting Opryland. Pets are allowed.

Carpeted rooms include a king or two queen beds and a sitting area with two chairs and a table. YOU SHOULD KNOW The walls are thin, so light sleepers should pack earbuds for a sound night of rest.

"The hotel was very nice."
The hotel was very nice. The hotel was quite busy. The room was an outside entrance, which was not good for a senior woman traveling alone. They did finally manage to find a room on the inside corridor on the 3rd floor. The pool was heated, but due to the unusually cold weather and the large room it is in, it was a bit cooler, but very nice, large and deep. The remote for the television was a problem more than once, but they sent someone to take care of that. Basically a very nice hotel.

We decided we needed another room upon arrival and they got us one with no problem and even honored the rate we paid for the original room. It's very conveniently located to the grand ole opry and a great shopping mall. It didn't take any time at all to get to the other places we were visiting. We will definitely stay there again!

This holiday inn was fantastic. The location was right across the street from the opry land hotel and grand ole opry. The mall has some fablious restaurants. The hotel had nice sound proof rooms so i didn't have to listen to my neighbors conversations. The maid service was timely. The breakfasts were great and especially the cinnamon buns.

I loved the location and it was a nice hotel however we got a room facing the outside and it was a long walk to our room and it was very noisy! If I stay there again, I will request and inside room!

The rooms at the Best Western Suites Near Opryland are clean and spacious. Double Full Rooms and King Rooms include sitting areas with sofa beds separated by half-walls, and Whirlpool Suites have two separate rooms with additional flat-screen TVs in the living room, whirlpool tubs outside the bathroom (other suites include them in the bathroom), and a small walk-in shower with glass doors instead of the shower/tub combos with curtains in the Double and King Rooms. All rooms include small, granite-topped wet bars that hold one-cup coffeemakers, mini-fridges, microwaves, inch flat-screen TVs, and electronic laptop safes. Decor is on the dark side, with two-toned brown-striped carpeting, dark-wood furnishings including matching headboards, desks, dressers, and nightstands, dark-red drapes, and dark reddish-brown upholstered sofas against off-white walls. Modern art in dark-wood frames hangs on some of the walls. Desks include media plug-ins and black leather office chairs. Bathrooms have beige-and-black granite-topped vanities and beige-tile floors, wall mirrors, and magnifying mirrors. Rooms have free Wi-Fi and free newspapers on weekdays. Some rooms overlook the Cumberland River, while other views are mostly of the grounds and parking lot.
