Job isn't hard. It's about as an average industrial work environment. Foremen are a bit hard and don't care, there are a few exceptions. Anyone above a Foreman doesn't really care all to well. If you have something unexpected come up you are treated like crud and don't get hours. If you are late they tend to try starve you out instead of implementing their "point system". Trying to move up and getting raises is based on who you know or randomly. Company tends to prefer to get the job done regardless of how personnel feel. You are expected to work anywhere from 8-16++ hour shifts with little breaks, you try to take a break and most foremen flip out. Company is constantly criticized by the employees for being cheap. Overall the company is a job where if you brown nose you will make it. If you don't then good luck. they will do big hires when they have a lot of projects or contracts, and then when it is all finished they will do a huge layoff. Safety program is great.
